At Fort Health, clinical excellence is at the core of everything we do. Our licensed therapists and psychiatrists use evidence-based approaches tailored to each child or young adult’s developmental stage and mental health needs.
We closely monitor progress using validated tools like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, allowing us to measure improvement over time and adjust care as needed.
Our data-informed, compassionate approach ensures every child, teenager, young adult, and their family receives meaningful, effective mental health support.
Every child, teen, and young adult is unique, and so is the care we provide. Fort Health’s licensed clinicians strive to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals during the initial evaluation.
Based on this, we match your family with a therapist or psychiatrist who is best suited to help and we build a personalized, evidence-based care plan that evolves as needed.
If something isn’t working, we adjust quickly. Our goal is to make sure every child receives the right support, at the right time, from the right provider.
