Ruth Schultz is a results-driven professional with 20 years of success in sales, primarily within the medical industry. Since joining Fort Health, Ruth has focused on advancing behavioral health initiatives, becoming a driving force in establishing partnerships across NJ, NY, and PA to expand access to mental health and psychiatry services for children and families. She has doubled the monthly referral partner acquisition rate from 20 to 40 and developed strategic partnerships to elevate Fort Health’s brand.
Ruth is currently implementing sales process improvements to streamline the referral partner conversion rate, deepen existing relationships, and enhance the partner experience through a “white glove” approach. She is also developing new industry relationships to ensure a seamless experience for parents and guardians.
With a bachelor’s degree in finance and information system science from Salve Regina, Ruth is an active member of Professional Women in Leadership, a recipient of numerous sales awards, and a mentor to colleagues.
Her commitment extends beyond Fort Health; she served five years on the Cherry Hill school board, demonstrating a deep-rooted passion for community impact.
