With a background in public health, she has worked at some of the most respected names in healthcare—including UCLA Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai, Kaiser Permanente, and Elevance Health—before transitioning into tech-enabled healthcare startups at companies like Warby Parker (vision), Galileo (primary care), Headway, and most recently, Spring Health (mental health).
Her focus has consistently been on building operations and teams that scale while keeping the patient experience seamless and sustainable, always partnering closely with Product/Tech. She brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to process improvement, eliminating waste, reducing variability, and creating high-performing systems that support both care teams and the patients they serve.
As Head of Business Operations, Kathy supports the growth of Fort Health’s virtual pediatric mental health services across new geographies. She drives operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative solutions that improve both the patient and provider experience and ensure the delivery of high-quality, accessible care at scale.
