Gabi de Bruyn

Chief of Staff

Gabi de Bruyn is the Chief of Staff at Fort Health, where she focuses on streamlining operations, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring strategic initiatives align with company goals. With a deep understanding of Fort Health’s internal processes, she supports leadership in decision-making and execution.

Previously, Gabi held key roles at Fort Health, including Operations Associate, Care Navigation Lead, and Relationship Manager. In these positions, she played a crucial role in improving scheduling efficiency, optimizing care navigation, and strengthening provider and patient relationships.

She is passionate about operational excellence, problem-solving, and creating efficient workflows that drive impact.

Outside of work, Gabi enjoys gardening, cooking, and exploring new places to try different foods. She shares her home with three cats and a dog, always keeping life interesting.
